Notice

It is very challenging for us to accept last minute orders. It is to customers' advantage to send in inquiries as early as possible because the required lead time to reply, or corresponce may be long due to busy schedule. Customers will be able to compare prices and choose their preferred designer given an amber notice period. Correspondence does not constitute obligations to both parties.

Please note that some of our customers book a year in advance to ensure the availability of our schedule. Most customers will inquire with one to two months notice in advance. We will consider last minute orders too subjected to the availability of schedule.

Consultation (strictly by appointments only)

During Monday to Thursday, from 10am to 7pm, customers may call to make appointments with us for consultations. Each of the consultations takes approx. 15-45 minutes. Cherylshuen provides one complementary consultation (one hour maximum) only per order. Please be on time and come prepared as we may schedule the next appointments back to back.

After the first complementary consultation, subsequent consultation is chargeable at SGD1.00 per minute. This arrangement will ensure that we serve to more inquirers daily to avoid disappointment of potential customers.

Pei Shuen normally provides consultation services herself but in case she is not available, one of her assistants will be attending to customers.

During consultations, it will be helpful to provide a photo of the design you like, or an image that shows a design that adores you. It will help us to quote as closely as possible to the design and amount of decorations you want for your cake. If there is no expressions of any specific decorations that is required, we will presume customers are happy with basic price package and we do not normally upsale by persuading customers to pay extra for more decorations.

Consultations strictly by appointments only. We reserve our rights to decline any order if customers violate this rule because our work load could be very heavy during Friday, Saturday and Sunday, priority is given to on hand orders. Appreciate your understandings.

Sampling

Customer may purchase cakes from our cake counter for sampling purpose during consultation.
