We operate a cake counter at our shop 268 Joo Chiat Road, to sell cakes and pastries. We open 11am-7pm daily. Payment by cash.

From time to time, we change the cake counter items. Items that are not in display may be ordered by giving 3 days notice (subject to availability of schedule), minimum order quantity applies.

Dear customers,

With immediate effect, Cherylshuen revises our order taking policies to include but not limited to the following:
1. We will not entertain to any cake requests related to copyright protected cartoon characters.
2. We will not be able to provide the conveniency to any customers in helping them to obtain any copyright protected cartoon characters/ candles/ partywares from party supply store.
3. We will not be able to help customers to keep their copyright protected cartoon character figurines/ candles/ partywares at our shop.

The following possible acts fall beyond Cherylshuen's control:
1. After collection of cakes, adding cartoon figurines or images to cakes designed by Cherylshuen.
2. Publishing any of their cake photos on the internet

Cherylshuen is not affiliated with Disney Enterprises in any way.

Dear customers,

We have finalised our Chinese New Year break as follow:

21 January 2012 till 29 January 2012

Our last day of work falls on 20 January 2012, we will accept self collection order for this day.

Our operation resumes on 30 January 2012, self collection or delivery of cakes commence on 31 January 2012.

The Cherylshuen team will take a break from 1st to 3rd January 2012. There will be no retail, collection or delivery of cakes from 2nd to 4th January 2012.

Operation resumes on the 4th Jan 2012. Therefore, retail, collection and delivery of cakes resume on the 5th Jan 2012 onwards.

As for 01 January 2011, we will accept 10 orders only excluding wedding cake order, customers need to self collect their cakes before 11.30 morning on that day. No delivery service is available for this day.

For bridal cakes with 6 months notice or more, we request customers to pay a 50% deposit of total order value upon confirmation of their cakes. Balance 50% dues 14 days before delivery.

For other occasion cakes, we collect full payment to confirm a booking. Please ensure sufficient clearing time for customers who make use of internet transfer or cheques.

Cherylshuen accepts the following mode of payment:
1. Cash
2. Cheque
3. Credit cards (Master, Visa, JCB, UnionPay) - $30 or above.

Customers may also make use of paypoint or paypass to make payment below $100.

We recognize confirmation of cake orders by payment receipt. Failure in recognising incoming payment may cause automatic void of orders without prior notification to customers. For last minute orders, we recommend cash payment or ATM transfer from POSB or DBS bank only.

We do not provide any refund to cancellation of cake orders.
