We have many customers who are curious on how we make our pineapple tarts so delicious, it is kinda difficult to explain but we believe a photo says a thousand words.

Our quality control starts from selection of fruits. We simply love the natural fragrance of honey pineapples!




Every steps are carefully carried out to ensure we extract the best parts of the fruits.



Selection of finest ingredients will result a superb taste but cooking of pineapple fillings also requires great patience.




A great dough makes the perfect match to our delicious pineapple filling. We spend equal amount of care to the making of our dough.





Our experience chefs play an important role on the appearance of our tarts. Each of our pineapple tarts are carefully roll and shape.

Main topics to cover in the upcoming class are:
1. How to properly marzipan a Christmas fruit cake
2. Wrapping a marzipanned cake with rolled fondant icing
3. Making sugar snowman, pine tree and snowflake
4. Dress the cake with décor made in no.3 along with some cake ornaments to achieve a Christmasy feel
Limited to 12 participants in this hands-on class, you will be able to interact directly with the instructor and use the wide variety of kitchen equipment provided by our partners and available for purchase at the TOTT Store. Please bring containers to pack your food if you do not intend to consume the food on-site after class. Recipes and apron will be provided.
Registration closes four working days prior to date of class or when maximum number of participants is reached, whichever comes first. Bookings should be made in advance to avoid disappointment.
