We have many customers who are curious on how we make our pineapple tarts so delicious, it is kinda difficult to explain but we believe a photo says a thousand words.

Our quality control starts from selection of fruits. We simply love the natural fragrance of honey pineapples!

Every steps are carefully carried out to ensure we extract the best parts of the fruits.

Selection of finest ingredients will result a superb taste but cooking of pineapple fillings also requires great patience.

A great dough makes the perfect match to our delicious pineapple filling. We spend equal amount of care to the making of our dough.

Our experience chefs play an important role on the appearance of our tarts. Each of our pineapple tarts are carefully roll and shape.

Left left, left right left, our precious pineapple tarts are queuing to take an egg brush prior to entering into oven.

Good temperature control will ensure the pineapple tarts are beautifully baked.

Our customer held a small party for her elder son's 4year old birthday. He is very much into transportation mediums and he feels Thomas the train and Chuggington are too childish, hence we make a bullet train and two air planes as cake decor.

Our customer personalised this cake for her daughter's sweet 16 birthday, we carved the cake out from photos supplied by customer.

Along with the cake, our customer also ordered some macaroon gift packs.

We designed a treasure chest cake along with matching cupcakes in pirate theme, our customer did not want the cross bones and skull in her cake presentation.

Sharing another cupcake setup we attempted in tiffany blue and red theme colours. Figurine topper provided by couple and we simply love the turn out of the setup.

While more bakeries venture into mousse log cake with the speedy production by using silicon baking tray, the Cherylshuen team practises traditional attempt yearly.

We bake sheets of cakes with the finest ingredients to layer with delicious fillings and carefully roll to the shape of log. Once the cake roll set, our chef will cut and form the main structure of the log cake for further decorations.

For today's collection, our customer ordered a snowy white log cake in our famous lychee martini cake.

$75 per kg.

We also get ready another log cake for collection this afternoon. Hidden beneath the yummy dark chocolate ganache coating is red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting.

$90 per kg.

The Cherylshuen team gladly present to you a beautiful dessert table that we setup yesterday.

The couple ordered a generous spread of desserts for their guests, and their theme colours are hot pink and orange. We conceptualised the design of dessert table with reference to couple's wedding invite and inputs.

The theme of the table is "celebrate sweetness".

The romantic ambience of the hotel compliments the elegant table perfectly.

A 15pax fondant designer cake on Littlest Pet Shop theme. All figurines provided by customer.

Our customer ordered 40pax of the Happy Birthday Prince and Happy Birthday Princess designs for her twins who are turning 2year old. She'd like main colour to be purple.

Main topics to cover in the upcoming class are:
1. How to properly marzipan a Christmas fruit cake
2. Wrapping a marzipanned cake with rolled fondant icing
3. Making sugar snowman, pine tree and snowflake
4. Dress the cake with décor made in no.3 along with some cake ornaments to achieve a Christmasy feel

Limited to 12 participants in this hands-on class, you will be able to interact directly with the instructor and use the wide variety of kitchen equipment provided by our partners and available for purchase at the TOTT Store. Please bring containers to pack your food if you do not intend to consume the food on-site after class. Recipes and apron will be provided.

Registration closes four working days prior to date of class or when maximum number of participants is reached, whichever comes first. Bookings should be made in advance to avoid disappointment.

Our customer personalised cupcakes and desserts for her wedding reception in pink and green. Love birds, glowy worms, ladybugs and bumble bees were handcrafted with much care to fulfill the enchanted forest theme.

The pink macaroons were filled with lychee rose cream while the green macaroons are filled with passion fruit cream.
