In case of last minute order inquiry, we will try to response and quote with prior condition that the correspondences or incoming of last minute orders will not affect the progress and completion of customers who make their effort in placing their orders earlier and give us amber notice to work.

We have worked successfully with many last minute inquirers and our customers are very satisfied with our products and services. For the orders that we have to give them a miss, we sincerely apologize and hope to hearing from you earlier in your next party planning.

Due to heavy incoming calls daily, we are not able to take down personal details of each inquirer and inquiry details. We regret to decide that customers with unreasonable behaviour will be blacklisted.
