I've been away for several days. Our family had a gathering to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday and I've made a yum cha themed cake for him. Fortunately the cake survived more than 600km highway journey to make it to Ipoh.

We love how this cake turned out, though the process of making it was rather difficult.

Our customer presented a photo to us on a tiered cake with intrincate piping and motif in french feel. However, she wanted a two tier cake served approx. 40-50pax in purple and gold colour scheme.
