We do not wish to turn down any orders but whoever makes payment first will be recoginised as confirmed orders, we have no favour on the value of jobs.

The acceptance of order will be based on the availability of schedule only. We will not squeeze in any orders should a date be fully booked as we do not wish to overload our team, our cakes and pastries require intensive labour to prepare.

Cherylshuen's operation is highly personalised to cater to different customers' requirements. We spend our effort in creating new designs always rather than solely working on an existing catalogue. We select the best ingredients for our cakes and we spend time and labour to give each of our designer cakes more details and the best craftmanship.

All the above factors contribute to our current pricing. We however, do not compare our products and services to other bakeries because every bakeries' market positionings may be slight different. In conclusion, we do not refer to other bakeries' pricing too.
