At Cherylshuen, we work in a small team of 3 only and response is always overwhelming. Therefore, we apologize for late reply in email inquiries. Sometimes, we may miss a scheduled consultation due to a sudden arise shopping need for coming up orders.

We understand that customers need to work on week days but our weekend (especially Friday to Sunday) is always loaded with cake orders therefore consultations will always be scheduled over weekday between 11-5pm.

We do not wish to disclose too much on the hardship of our trade as we strongly believe we shall bring fun and joy to customers than to share our difficulties. Please forgive me if I ever caused any customers disappointments because I always try my best to be as accommodating as possible but coming up orders always have priority because all events do not take two.

We are grateful to all opportunities offered to us but we already try our best to accommodate to as many customers as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
