I have been working with quite a few event planners since I ventured into cake decorating many years back. However, due to our recent encounters, we decided to only sell cakes to customers directly so that we have a chance to meet the customers themselves and explain to them our terms and conditions.

Edible materials have their constraints and they shall be displayed only if minimum requirements are met. We, as the cake designer will be not able to act against non favourable weather conditions or any conditions that is affecting the well behaviour of the icing, cake or sugar decorations.

For event planners who are sourcing for designer cakes on their customers' behalf, please pay a visit to us and let us explain the terms and conditions to you and you may sign the consent letter on your customer's behalf.

Our customer customised these cupcakes for her husband who celebrated his 40th birthday last week. She wanted some seaweed as decorations on the iced board and we've made the colour to look like sand bed under the sea. Both of them enjoy diving and I hope they had a good time with their cakes.

This is my favourite design for the week. Our customer is inspired by some japanese toys and some decals that looks like little kid's handpainting. I love the colours of the cake, and thought it's very soft spoken for a one year old baby girl. However, this cake was not done to it's perfection upon collection because we've overlooked some little details to it. I'll try to request a photo from our customer with complete details. Cake serves approx. 20-23pax.

This cake serves approx. 10pax and it was frosted with fresh cream, the flavour was chocolate sponge layered with dark chocolate ganache.

This is a fresh cream sponge cake intended to serve approx. 10pax. Our customer wants ba ba, ma ma, jie jie who is the birthday girl and di di on the cake.

Setup consists of 60 mini cupcakes.

Besides 40 mini cupcakes that were decorated with flowers, the bridal couple also customised 20 mini cupcakes with some decorations that reflected their occupations.

The enchanted forest has becoming a hot seller since introduction. Customers love the smoothness of chocolate mousse and it's mild sweetness as both of its cake layer and mousse does not contain any sugar.

Coming up photos do not feature any new products I just love how the eclairs and cream puffs lined up nicely in their own boxes waiting to be collected. They just look like pretty girls who dressed in their awesome outfits waiting to go to party, haha...!!

We've just completed a small but quite a fun project today. Our customer would love to give some cupcakes to a man who celebrated his 30th birthday and his hobby is to play mahjong games. Therefore, we've done the following for her.

Following photo featured a 2kg enchanted forest cake with customised decorations. The birthday person serves the air force and interested in football, he also has a big stomach according to our customer.

Our customer wanted a small cake for her husband's birthday, she is deciding between tropicana and enchanted forest. Her final pick was tropicana because it is a very inviting flavour and suitable for children consumption too.

With every bites of tropicana, customers are enjoying the smoothness of mango passion fruit mousse sandwiched with generous layer of mouth watering passion fruit curd and diced mango.

Our customer ordered a strawberry sponge cake for his mum's birthday. We wish to dress the cake with a cheerful but feminine presentation. Here it is!
