Flower piping is not a new skill, in fact, it exists earlier than the younger days of our parent generations. It used to be popular, and still commonly seen on cakes in lots of bakeries in our neighbour countries.

In Singapore, most of the bakeries will not decorate their cakes with piped icing flowers. Perhaps it looks old fashioned to many others, perhaps it requires more skilled labours that's why it is abandoned.

Several years back when I first started to decorate cakes, I just found out that piped icing flowers could be so contemporary and in. It made a big hit in cities of US and people just facsinated with it.

The vibrant colours on piped flowers assembles a picture of flower bouquet that looks alike oil painting by impressionist artist. I was so impressed and never give up the idea of acquiring the skill of flower piping for my cakes. When I finally introduce a new series of cakes and looking for new medium to decorate, I decided to do some oil paintings on my cakes too. Hope the beauty of flower piping gives your heart a melting moment and your face a cheerful smile!

Our customer's mum felt in love with the design of our specialty cakes. Therefore, she ordered one for her mum's birthday cum mother's day celebrations. She too ordered six mini cupcakes in the same design of piped flowers.

In this case, we packaged the little cupcake bouquets with main cake but we are still in the midst of working out the pricing on cupcake bouquets. Main cake flavour was blueberry lemon cake while the cupcakes were chocolate.

Female Brides magazine (Spring 2010) is out and we have designed two cakes for featured. The theme for this issue is enchanted florests.

Our customer was inspired by a photo online, to design her son's one year old birthday cake in the shape of a "mushroom shoe".

However, she wished the mushroom is brown with a cheerful and bright presentation. Cake served approx. 20-23pax, the bottom platform was not a cake, we replace the cake board with that to achieve the mountain effect as shown in customer's photo.

We would like to introduce two type of cookies in our specialty cakes and bakes, pistachio lemon drops and hazelnut thumbprints.

We are in the midst of working out the costing and pricing of these cookies, we aim to launch them after participating a bridal fair at 15-17 May.

Our customer did an early mother's day celebration with her mum. She chose our durian cake and a pink-yellow theme on decorations.

Safari theme is popular among little boys' birthdays. Our customer chose this theme for her boy's one year old celebration. Her choice of animals were cow, elephant and giraffe. Cake served approx. 20-23pax.

Our customer ordered this little cake, which was a chocolate cake layered with Philadelphia cream cheese icing, frosted with dark chocolate ganache for his Chef. The cake was dressed with three handmade miniature food decorations.

Our customer was adored by a cake photo she found on the internet and wish to do a similar design for her daughter's birthday. Here it is!

Our customer ordered this cake for her husband's birthday, he loves to play golf and we wish he enjoyed his cake inside out!

Our full month packages are contented with a piece of cake with baby related decorations, 2 ang yee, 2 red eggs, 1pack of glutinous rice and 1 chocolate bootie. Minimum order quantity is 10boxes.

We've decorated a cupcake cake for our customer's baby baptism.

We've decorated some mini cupcakes for our customer's little princess, who celebrated her one year old birthday. Theme colours were pink and white with some purple.

Coming up is a birthday cake, in lychee flavour, with fresh cream frosting. Cake serves 15pax and we've did a classic basketwave piping along with beautiful piping icing flowers.

I've picked a funny name for this little beauty as i was inspired by the figurine topper that my customer provided to propose a design like this. I'm glad on how the cake turned out and hope you find it adorable too!

This is our first attempt on castle cake using fresh cream icing. It looks simple and pretty. Cake serves approx. 25-30pax.

Our customer specially ordered this cake for his fiance's birthday, besides the lovely gift box, he too incorporated two running cats in the design. Although we were not sure the true meaning of the cats, they should symbolise special meaning in their relationship.

Miniatures are very luxurious but it offers a fine and personal touch to impress. Guests are normally very delighted when everyone is served a small cake.

Playground always bring us a feel of playfulness and lots of fun. This is a wonderful theme for children's party.

Our customer ordered these colourful mini cupcakes for her daughter's birthday celebration at school.

Our customer passed these little pets figurines for incorporating them in her daughter's birthday cake design. We gain our ideas from one of the package design and did a home sweet home styling for her.

I was shopping for some cookies or biscuits for my daughter's snack time and noticed that most of the flavour on shelf are chocolates or filled with very sweet icing. This inspired me to look for a recipe to produce some cookies from simple ingredients like flour, sugar and butter but in interesting shapes.

Our cookies contains no artificial colouring or preservative and freshly baked upon order. Minimum order quantity is 1kg and it's priced at SGD35 per kg.

We've did a sponge cake yesterday, for our customer's mum who celebrated her birthday. She chose a pastel colour scheme for her lychee cake.

Cake serves 25pax.

Last posting for the day comes our chocolate sponge which is moist, layered with cream cheese frosting with a dainty lemon flavour, frosted with yummylicious dark chocolate ganache. We've too added some chocolate candy to give the bite a crunchy feel, try it and you will know!

The coming up flavours that we'd love to introduce in our specialty cakes and bakes belong to the berry family.

Customers who ever tried our strawberry or blueberry cakes will never forget about our fillings as they are rich, intense and fragrance. We chose red and orange to decorate the strawberry cake, while purple and lavender for the lemon-blueberry cake.

After a long absence due to relocating of shop premise, we already settled down and back in operations. Besides occassion cakes, we are introducing some specialty cakes and bakes.

We would like to dedicate the first cake in our to do list to all durian lovers! We use a soft sponge as the cake base sandwiched with milky and intense durian filling. This cake best eat directly from chiller.
