Following photo featured a full month package design with a cheerful sun to announce the first month celebration of a baby boy!

We worked on another interesting theme this weekend, for a customer who selected a cowboy theme on her son's birthday celebrations.

Photo above featured a twist on our fun and joyful design, our customers did a jungle animal theme for their son's 1 year old birthday celebrations. Cake fed approx. 40-50pax. Customers provided a few figurines, the sticked-out lollipops were marsh-mallows and the rest were handcrafted sugar decorations.

We are so excited to carry out this cake design, for a little girl who turned 3year old. Her parents were doing a Hawaiian theme party for her hence we did a special island in her favourite colour of purple, dressed with tropica plants, frangipanis and hibiscus motifs. Not forgetting a little girl in bikini and her drinks in a great sunny day!

Cake fed approx. 30pax, orange cranberry flavour.

Our customer intended to make a cake in nemo's theme for her baby boy's 1year old birthday celebrations. Cake fed approx. 20-23pax along with 30 pieces of mini decorated cupcakes. Cake toys of Nemo and Dory were provided by customer.

Special remark on food colouring:
In order to carry out a cake design like the deep blue sea, or elmo, there is a need to tint the icing with a great amount of food colouring. Red colour especially, is known to taste bitter when the colour is tinted densely. Our customers ever feedback that black and navy blue colours do taste bitter too.

Food colouring may stain hands or tongue when comes to direct contact. The food colourings that we currently use are US brands and water soluble. Therefore, the colour stains will fade off after few wash with water.

We normally recommend customers to scrape off the icing on the cake if colouring applied is dense. Otherwise, please consider to do pastel theme colours instead of bold colour themes.

We've spent quite some time with our customers to derive this cake design, the idea is to keep the number one cutout cake simple yet with textures in contrast to colourful ball designs on the cake board. Cake fed approx. 40-50pax.

Our customer fell in love with one of our earlier creation but requested a scale down in size because she invited less guests. Cake feeds approx. 20-23pax.

We too cater for sponge cake and fresh cream frosting, it is less flexible in design, however, it offers a softer texture cake and less sweet in taste. Our customer provided a photo of elmo cake that she wished to do for her son's 3year old birthday. Here is it!

Our cakes are featured in the new release of Wedding & Travel magazine (August 2009). We worked on a pink colour theme and there were 3 cakes submitted for photo shooting.

The first design was inspired by the romantic candlelight dinner of two. We had a little issue in achieving the candlelight effect but we solved that out with a little circuit that could lit led lights and it offers real like lighting effect in person.

Another wedding cake that we did featured a topsy turvy design, we wanted it to look sweet, yet bright and lively and lots of fun!

The last design that we did was a castle cake that's often inquired by lots of bridal couples. A castle design is normally costly due to more structures need to be crafted and assembled. As a stability and logistic concern, we do not deliver castle cake in a whole piece. We will deliver cake tiers and decorations in different packings and assembled on site.

Our customers, the mum and elder sister presented this topsy turvy cake to the birthday girl as a surprise gift! They chose a colourful and candy theme with main colours to be red and purple, and a special order of blue roses.

We specially designed and styled this cake to look like a springy garden with colourful flowers and butterflies for a customer who ordered the cake for his beloved wife's birthday. Cake feeds approx. 40-50pax and not forgetting a little bird who sings "Happy Birthday"!

This is the smallest two tier that feeds approx. 20-23pax. Our customer wished to do a garden but she provided the graphic of a lion, a giraffe and a monkey to be crafted onto her daughter's one year old cake.

Our customers fell in love with the wishes cake we designed earlier on but would love to personalise their cakes to red, yellow, blue and orange theme colours. Besides, they too added a few little toys that their little one loves include a chinese rattle, a giraffe molded with reference to photo given, a little bus, a lion and a ball.

Main cake served approx. 20-23pax (baby block separators are not cakes) while there were 10pieces mini cupcakes along with it.

We met a pair of creative couple who wished to carry out a lively and full of fun design for their wedding. After much discussions, they'd love to make a pair of cartoony moose figurines as the main focus of their cake not forgetting their cat who loves to stare at birds, a pair of frogs, snails, butterflies, ladybugs, beautiful flowers and the love is in the air! This cake serves approx. 70-75pax.

This is another attempt of our existing design, simply sweet and lovely!

We've did a cozy party on our smallest two tier that feeds approx. 20-23pax.

Following photo featured a mini cupcakes setup that we styled today. The solemnisation was held in a cafe located in Bishan Park. The bridal couple chose a theme colours of purple, green and creamy white.

There were 80 pieces decorated mini cupcake along with a 6inch dia round top tier. However, the acrylic stand that we own is able to accommodate up to 100 pieces mini cupcake.
Couples are able to choose one flavour with every 40 pieces mini cupcakes that they ordered. Our customers chose orange cranberry and chocolate flavour for their cupcakes while the top tier was vanilla cake layered buttercream and strawberry filling.

We have done a cake for our customer's beloved hubby, using a special decorating skill, that is to handpaint floral motif using edible food colouring onto the surface of cake. We first introduced this design on a wedding cake for featured in W&T Magazine.
