For customers who love fresh cream and sponge cake, we too cater to their requests. This number one cutout cake was chocolate sponge layered with ganache icing and frosted with fresh cream.

Special remark: We recommend chilling of fresh cream frosted cake at all time till 5-10 minutes prior to cake cutting ceremony.

Customer was inspired by the 4th Anniversary Cake we designed for Seventeen Magazine (Special treats gallery page03 st019) and requested a two tier compliment to her colour scheme of yellow, pink, white and some purple.

With immediate effect from 09 March 2009, we decided birthday persons who is 21 years old or below, must be accompanied by parent (if not both parents) during the consultation to avoid any future discrepancy on pricing, flavour or taste of design, size of cake and such.

If parents are unable to present, we require our clients to let their parents sign on a letter of consent prior to confirming their orders with payment.
